It's been a while since I last posted, but we have been on the go!
Since the last post Baileigh has changed so much. First off, she now has FOUR molars. I wasn't aware of this but happened to be talking to Wendi one night and she was telling me about Braelyn getting a molar. So, I thought, maybe I should see if Baileigh had anymore coming in. Wouldn't you know, that all four had actually already broken through the gums (guess I get bad mother of the year award on this one...I didn't even know they were coming in!).
She also is beginning to "talk" more. Mostly, it's pure nonsense but she does say: "Nigh-nigh" (night-night), bye-bye, eeee (for eat). She will also tell you that the dog says "woof-woof" (which she pronounces "boof-boof"), that the cow says "moooooo", and that the lion says "rarrrrr". She also "sings" which is mostly just a bunch of nonsense words that she says without any breaks in between. She is also learning to sort her shapes. Although she doesn't know what the names of the shapes are she can put them where they go in her shape sorter...kinda like a puzzle. If she gets stumped, she tries all of the openings until she finds where it fits!
Another favorite activity these days is CLIMBING...on anything she can find (as you can see from the pictures). She also loves to brush her teeth. She thinks it is the most fun thing ever!
We had a fun time this past weekend. We went to see Mam-Maw at the nursing home then we went to the mall and Nana bought Baileigh her very own New Balance tennis shoes (in pink, of course) and then we went to Nana & Poppa's, where Baileigh got some playtime and Mommy got to go for a 3 mile run, all by herself!
On Sunday, we went to see BeBe & JoJo at the pro-show at the BJCC. We also saw Mr. Charles & Ms. Sharon (BeBe & JoJo's neighbors). JoJo brought Baileigh some cute little clothes for the Spring, that we can't wait to wear! And of course, Bebe made sure Chip's company (Paint Chip's) was well stocked on supplies (having family in the business is the best!).
Baileigh was so tired after a long weekend (with very few naps) that she slept for 13 hours straight!! Thanks to everyone for a fun weekend.

Avy loves to brush teeth too. Funny how they do a lot of the same things. :)
Sounds like you guys have been busy lately!! Good thing she likes to brush her teeth.. just tell her when it's time to go to the dentist she will get something out of the treasure chest. They still let me do that, cause I HATE the dentist!
