Just hangin' around

Not much new to post...mostly just because I haven't been good about taking pictures lately.

The past two weeks have been good for us. Two weekends ago Chip and I had a night out to celebrate a belated anniversary. We went to Ocean for dinner and then to see Jackson's NLA play. We got to see some friends who we haven't seen in a long time and it was good to catch up. We had such a wonderful time!

Last weekend it was so beautiful on Saturday so Baileigh and I went for a run at Nana & Poppa's in Old Cahaba (Kristen, if I knew where your new place was we would've stopped by to say hey!)...well she slept in the jog stroller while I ran...5 miles!! Afterward, she played outside with Nana & Poppa and we tried to show her how to hunt Easter eggs. She hasn't quite gotten that down yet. Then we played outside all afternoon with daddy and some friends who were having a little wiffle ball game! Baileigh just wanted to steal the ball! She played so hard that she fell asleep at 6:45 pm and slept until almost 9 am on Sunday. That NEVER happens!

Baileigh has picked up a few new words: Deuce (juice), shoes (pronounced - chews), socks, and she now calls Smokey "woof-woof" - which is fitting b/c that's all he does!

She is also being moved up to the next class in daycare! I am not sure if it is because she is getting older or b/c there is a child in her current class who likes to bite her and they want to seperate them. But, I think it will be fun for her because they get more playtime outside and in the "playroom" in her new class. They also get to begin doing art projects which I think she will enjoy - if they can keep her from eating the crayons.

We are looking forward to a long Easter weekend and plan to visit with JoJo & Bebe on Friday. Then hopefully we'll get some time outside on Saturday and take some Easter pics since it is supposed to be rainy on Sunday. We hope you all have a wonderful Easter weekend!

Baileigh loves to climb up onto the couch...she thinks it is so funny!

Enthralled with Mickey Mouse Clubhouse...anytime this comes on you'll find her sitting in her rocking chair!

Our night out...you would've thought it was pre-prom or something, but we never get pictures of us together anymore so we took advantage of the opportunity!
